Tilkkutäkkijoulukortti

Tämänpäiväisessä joulukortissa on vähän tilkkutäkkihenkeä.

Kuviopaperi on DCWV:n The Christmas and The Winter 180 Stack -lehtiöstä. Taustalle laitoin ison paperin ekopaperilla kerrostettuna. Sitten samasta kuviopaperista leikkelin noita teepannuja ja kermakkoja pieniksi neliöiksi, kerrostin jokaisen ekopaperilla ja asettelin taustapaperin päälle. Keskelle leimasin Hyvää Joulua tekstin FinnStamperin leimalla. Teksti on oikeasti yhdellä rivillä peräkkäin, mutta koska se ei olisi mahtunut tähän leiskaan, niin leimasin sen sitten erikseen kahdelle riville. Kortti oli helppo tehdä, mutta aikaa sai kyllä kulumaan palojen mittailuun, leikkailuun ja liimailuun. Hauska lopputulos kuitenkin.

Osallistun kortillani Christmas Card Challenges #45 -haasteeseen "Anything goes"

In today's card I don't have any digital or stamped image, but I just used DP from The Christmas and The Winter 180 Stack by DCWV. I used a big piece of DP on the background, layered with eco paper. Then I cut small squares out of the same DP, layered them with eco paper and alligned them on top of the DP. I used a piece of similar DP without image in the centre so that I was able to stamp the text there. It says "Merry Christmas" in Finnish and it's a stamp by FinnStamper. This card was rather easy to make, but it took quite a while to put it together thanks to measuring, cutting and attaching all the pieces nicely together. It was time well spent though - I really like the end-result. :)
