Täysi kymppi

Kummipoika täyttää pyöreitä, kun täysi kymppi tulee mittariin. Kortti sen mukaan (sisällä lukee "Täysi kymppi!").

Kuva on Bugaboon "Guy - car" ja väritin kuvan ProMarkereilla. Kuviopaperi on silppulaatikosta, mutta taitaa olla alunperin DCWV:n Tahiti Beach Stack -lehtiöstä. Kerrostukseen käytin mustaa kartonkia ja tekstin sekä luvun kasasin ääriviivatarroista. Lisukkeena muutama nappi.

My godson has his tenth birthday so of course I had to make "cool" card for him. Big boy and all. ;) The image is "Guy - car" by Bugaboo Stamps and I coloured him with ProMarkers. The DP is from my scraps box, but I'm pretty sure it's by DCWV from their Tahiti Beach Stack. I used black cardstock for layering to get some nice contrast. The text says "congratulations" in Finnish and it's made with peel-off stickers (same as the number 10). In addition few buttons.

Hyvää isänpäivää!

Tänään juhlitaan isänpäivää, joten tämän päivän postauksen aiheena on luonnollisesti isänpäivä.

Kortin kuva on Bugaboon "Guy - car" ja väritin sen ProMarkereilla. Kuviopaperi on Papermanian ja tekstin kirjoitin koneella. Simppeliä tällä kertaa, mutta isä tykkäsi ja se kai on tärkeintä. :)

It is Father's Day in Finland so naturally today's card is for dad. The image is "Guy - car" by Bugaboo and I coloured it with ProMarkers. The DP is by Papermania and I typed the greetings with computer. This time very simple card, but dad liked it and I guess that's what matters. :)

Kreisit ystävykset

Iloista keskiviikkoiltaa! Tämä päivä on tuntunut taas todella kylmältä lumisateineen kaikkineen, kun eilen paistoi aurinko ja lämmintä oli melkein +10 astetta. Onneksi nämä kreisit ystävykset lämmittävät ainakin mieltä. :)

Kuva on mahtava Bugaboon "Make it snappy - Friends", jonka väritin ProMarkereilla. Toisen lyylin laseihin lisäsin sitten vielä vähän Glossy Accentia. Kehystin kuvan vihreällä kartongilla, niin mätsäsi väreihin. Muuten kortista löytyy suikale punaista kartonkia, harmaasta kartongista stanssattu Sizzixin Tim Holtz picture wheel sekä pari ProMarkeilla värjättyä keraamista nappia, jotka tein syksyllä käsityökoulun keramiikkajaksolla.

Happy Wednesday evening! This day has felt especially cold with snow and all, since yesterday we had sunshine and almost +10 Celsius degrees. Luckily these two crazy friends makes you smile and  feel nice and warm. The image is "Make it snappy - Friends" by Bugaboo and I coloured it with ProMarkers. I added bit of Glossy to the goggles. I used green cardstock for matting the image as I used green in the image too. In addition a strip of red cardstock, a picture wheel cut with Sizzix/Tim Holtz die and two ceramic buttons, which I coloured with ProMarkers. The buttons are by the way selfmade during my ceramic studies last autumn.

Best friends

Tässä ystävälle mennyt kortti, joka toimitti lahjakortin virkaa.

Kuva on Bugaboon "Make it snappy - Friends", jonka väritin ProMarkereilla. Lisäsin kehykseen hieman Sticklesiä (Star Dust), joten muuten melko pelkistetyssä kortissa on myös vähän blingiä. Paperit on silppulaatikosta, sillä vakaa aikomukseni on tyhjentää tuota yli äyräiden pursuvaa laatikkoa... Lisukkeena vähän musta-valkoruudullista teippiä, jottei kortista olisi tullut ihan liian pliisu. ;)

I made this card for my dear friend. The image is "Make it snappy - Friends" by Bugaboo and I coloured it with ProMarkers. I added some Stickles (Star Dust) to the frame to get some bling to this otherwise pretty simple card. All the papers are from my scraps box since I'm trying really hard to empty the over full box I have in my craft room... In addition just some black-and-white tape so that the card is not too boring. ;)
