OMCF #33 "Food Related" - DT post

Today marks again a new challenge at Open-Minded Crafting Fun Challenges. Theme for the next two weeks is:

So now it's time to dig out all those delicious craft goodies you have and bake a cake or mix a drink or maybe create a full menu.

My DT card features a delicious lemon parfait image and sentiment by our sponsor Imagine That! out of their Parfait Delights set. I coloured the image with ProMarkers and cut it with circle die. I used another die from the same set to cut some yellow copy paper for layering. I used the same yellow paper to layer also the sentiment and used some kraft on the background. I made some faux stitching with a fine line marker and finished the card with a wooden butterfly and couple of yellow buttons. So pretty simple this time, but I just love how the yellow pops out of the kraft background.

Hellurei! Pääsiäinen kolkuttelee ovella, mutta ennen kuin lasketaan trullit liikenteeseen, niin on uuden Open-Minded Crafting Fun -haasteen aika. Seuraavien kahden viikon aikana teemanamme on ruoka. Omassa kortissani pääosaan pääsi sponsorimme Imagine That!:n kuva ja teksti, jotka ovat Parfait Delights -setistä. Väritin kuvan ProMarkereilla ja stanssasin pyöreäksi. Kerrostin kuvan sekä tekstin keltaisella kopiopaperilla, joka nousee ihanasti esiin kraft-taustasta. Kraftin reunoille piirtelin vähän feikkiommelta ohutkärkisellä tussilla ja viimeistelin kortin puisella perhoskoristeella sekä parilla napilla. Simppeliä, mutta olen ainakin itse kovin tyytyväinen. :)
